EXHIBITION COUNCIL

The exhibition council consists of Susanne Jøker Johnsen · Tobias Møhl · Lars Dybdahl · Dan Mølgaard (Executive Director).

The exhibition council’s main objective is to ensure a varying and wide selection of work and exhibitions are shown at the museum, and to support and encourage artists, in particular, emerging and newly established artists.

The museum also has an international Advisory Council consisting of eight glass artists and a Museum Director. The members of the Advisory Council are: Dale Chihuly, USA · The Netherlands · Joel Philip Myers, USA · Helmut Ricke, Germany · Bertil Vallien, Sweden · Yan Zoritchak, France · Lino Tagliapietra, Italy · Durk Valkema, The Netherlands · Elizabeth Swinburne, England · Toots Zynsky, USA.

 

Their main purpose is to advise and inspire, as well as to keep the museum informed about new glass artists who should be invited to participate in the permanent collection. They also act as ambassadors and help to promote the museum.
